He is survived by: his wife Dean Briggs; his sons, Gary Briggs (Betsy) and Craig Briggs (Terri); his son-in-law Wayne McKinney; his stepdaughter Robbie Fain; his grandchildren, Tina McMahon (Scott), Renee Morgan, Ryan Briggs (Kim), Cliff Briggs (Danielle) and Megan Knight (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Amber Cate, Kennedy Morgan (Sean Bledsoe), Dalton Morgan (Abby), Cole Cate, Kamdyn Briggs, Kenzie Briggs, Hadilee Briggs, Finley and Garrison Knight; and his great great grandchildren, Clayton Russell, Collins Bledsoe, Sterling Morgan, Harper Morgan, Hudson Morgan and Stetson Morgan.
