He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles I. Russell, Sr. and Violet Livesay Russell; his sister Doris Witt; his niece Donna Tindell; his nephew Wayne Witt; and his sister-in-law Judy Davenport.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Russell of Dandridge, TN.; his daughter Terri Beeler (Randy); his grandchildren, Hannah Bates (Wesley), Jonah Beeler, Aaron Russell (Autumn), Noah Beeler, Elijah Beeler and Isaiah Beeler; his great grandchildren, Maddy and Leah Bates; and his siblings-in-law, Jody Berry (Daymond) and Roger Davenport.
