He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Noe and Pauline Noe; his former wife Janie Webb Noe; and his significant other Dolly. He is survived by: his wife Gaye Glass Scalf Noe; and his stepchildren, Leanne Scalf Hankins Barbour (Kevin) and Thad Scalf (Beatrice).
Gaye and the family ask that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Music Ministry at First United Methodist Church, Morristown in memoriam of Dan Noe.
