Though Danny Flanagan may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Danny Flanagan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Miller; and his brother Jimmy "Clifford" Miller. He is survived by: his children, Mary Helen Collins (Danny), Patricia Miller and James Miller; and his sisters, Juanita Gray and Brenda Fay Dunaway. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
The lying in state will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Fielden Funeral Home, Inc. (910 Churchview St, New Market, TN 37820). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fain Cemetery (1736 Fain Cemetery Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725).
