With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest Rogers (Dandridge, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Rogers and Lorene Rogers; his brother Johnny Rogers; his wife Iris "Ikey" Nelson Rogers; his children, Chris Rogers (Mary Beth), Missy Rogers and Jody Rogers (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Rogers (Jill), Alex Rogers, Ashleigh Rogers, Christina Rogers and Elizabeth Rogers.

During his retirement, Carroll continued his generous and caring spirit by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and donating his time to many activities at First Baptist Church of Jefferson City, where he was a faithful member for 50 years.
