He was predeceased by: his sons, Brian and Jeff Moore; his parents, Donald Moore and Wilma Moore; his brother Donnie Paul Moore; his parents-in-law, Frank and Alberta DeRycke; and his brother-in-law Douglas DeRycke.
He is survived by: his wife Robbie; his daughter Sandra (Ruthie); his brothers, Jim Moore (Bonnie), Terry Moore (Kelly), Mike Moore (Dawn) and Steve Moore; his brother-in-law Tom DeRycke (Judy); his close friend Nancy "Kid" Weilert; his niece Kim Wolf; and his son-in-law Bob Amos. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and good friends.
