He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Jr. Blake and Allie Blake; his son Steven David Blake; and his former wife Emily Rhea Cate. He is survived by: his wife Karen Blake; his daughter Kari Blake; his grandchildren, Sarah Blake, Austin David Blake, Cassie Mills and Chaz Loy; and his siblings, Bill, Shirley, Sandra and Joe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
