He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice Justice and Jaqueline Wormlsey Justice; and his sister Denise Justice Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Adkins Justice; his daughters, Staci Taylor (Mike) of Pikeville, KY, Crystal Justice Trump of Dandridge, TN and Jessica Justice of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Jonathan Taylor (Hannah), Cassie Wright (Austin), Kyndra Trump, Peyton Knausz, Larkin Knausz and Gunnar Mumford; his brothers, Tommy Justice (Judy) and Timmy (Bernie); and his mother-in-law Nada Branham Adkins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4964 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501).
