He is survived by: his parents, David Holland and Brenda Holland; his wife Martina Holland; his children, Chandler, Joshua and Fayth; his brother Luke Holland (Kristin); his uncle Bud McCoig (Joan); his aunt Helen Faye White; and his cousins, Julie (JayJay) and Tripp Allen. He is also survived by many extended family members, colleagues, and friends.
