He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Masters and Merta Masters; and his siblings, Tom, Mick, Richard, Gregg Masters, Irene Silvers, Betty Jo Moorman and Genevieve Deyton.

He is survived by: his children, Robin Hobbs (Randy) and Larry Masters (Stacy); his grandsons, Cayden Masters and Colton Masters (Mady); his brothers, Wendell, David (Joy) and Craig Masters; and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Masters (Gregg) and Sandy Masters (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many longtime friends.
