It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Libby Williams Richardson of Dandridge, Tennessee, who passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rudy Richardson; her son Todd Richardson; her parents, C. H. Williams and Martha Jo Williams; her brother Sammy Williams; her sister-in-law Joy Corum; Bill and Louise Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny and April Richardson; her grandchildren, Camden, Keyara, Kash and Kambrye; her aunt Frances DuVall; her sisters-in-law, Tama Young and Lorie Thurman; and her brother Rodney Williams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In honor of Libby's love for children; and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the KidsWay program at Jefferson City Christian Church.
