He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cotton; his children, Vicky Mantooth, Charles Foster (Denise), Brian Cotton (Kristine) and Roger Cotton; his grandchildren, Anthony Mantooth (Leslie), Jacob Cotton (Kaela), Abigail Cotton, Jonah Cotton, Kyle Foster (Brooke) and Noel Degre (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Kaydence Loveday (Ricky), Destiny Mantooth, Joshua Baker, Freja Cotton, Eliana Foster-Degre, Alia Foster-Degre, Makaylinn Foster and Ryleigh Foster; and his great great grandchild Ryker Loveday.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shady Grove Church Building fund or children's ministry in honor of his memory.
