He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Cotton and Docia Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cotton; his children, Vicky Mantooth, Charles Foster (Denise), Brian Cotton (Kristine) and Roger Cotton; his grandchildren, Anthony Mantooth, Jacob Cotton (Kaela), Abigail Cotton, Jonah Cotton, Kyle Foster (Brooke) and Noel Degre (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Kaydence Loveday (Ricky), Destiny Mantooth, Joshua Baker, Freja Cotton, Eliana Foster-Degre, Alia Foster-Degre, Makaylinn Foster and Ryleigh Foster; and his great great grandchild Ryker Loveday.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Shady Grove Church (1675 Harold Patterson Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery (386 US-25W, Dandridge, TN 37725).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shady Grove Church Building fund or children's ministry in honor of his memory.
