She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Beard and Josephine Lee Beard; her daughters, Rebecca Jo Williams Sandillo and Michelle Lee Williams; and her brothers, Daniel Merle Beard and Joseph Scott Beard.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Fulford; her children, Sonya Jo Sams (Kevin Sams), Jonathan Philip Williams (Melissa Williams), Richard Philip Williams and Stacy Jo Yokley (David Yokley); and her sister Rebecca Lee Beard-McLaughlin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and friends.
