He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fersh Rule and Helen Jones Rule. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Rogers; his wife Mary Roberts Rule; and his pet Sidney. He is also survived by loving friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Dandridge (162 E Meeting St, Dandridge, TN 37725). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (386 US-25W, Dandridge, TN 37725).
