She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Rebecca Collins; her husband Clayton Junior Sneed; and her siblings, Josephine Thurman, Betty Jenkins, Lillian Bean and John Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Alice Gaddis, Wayne Laird, Donna Mullins, John Thurman (Christy Sturgill) and Tony Thurman (Tammy Garner); and her sister Barbara Frashier. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
