She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Locke and Nancy Locke; her son Joel Randolph; her husband Felix; and her siblings, Marie Gallaher and Don Locke.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Randolph (Rebecca Hicks), Bettina Roddy (Dean) and Melanie Payne (Ronnie); her daughter-in-law Kimmy Randolph; and her grandchildren, Kristen McBurnett (John) and Benjamin Randolph (Ashleigh). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
