He is survived by: his wife Tammy Burnette; his children, Candi Conlan (Joe), Cassie Burnette of Dayton, TN and Jake Burnette (Cassidy); his sister Carol Brown (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Mallory, Molly Jo Conlan, Weston and Quinn Burnette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
