She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Keith and Lula Keith; her husband Charles Tulloss; her children, Kirkland, Ronald Tulloss and Francine Tulloss; her grandson Kirkland Tulloss, Jr.; and her sister Ruth Able.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Wilkerson (Andrew); her grandchildren, Ronald Tulloss (Lesley), Kathryn Tard and Tonya Henderson; her great grandchild Isiah Tulloss; and her close friends, Mamie Cokley, Evelyn Smith and Lela Freeman. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
