He was predeceased by: his parents, George Riggs and Faye Riggs; and his brother Kenneth Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Trish Maines-Riggs; and his siblings, Teresa Hulgan (Bob) and Dean Riggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Inc. (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A burial will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the Add Smith Cemetery.
