He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Clark and Gladys Morgan Clark; and his siblings, Daniel Clark, Theron Clark, Ralph Clark, Pearl Jordan and Billie Housley.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Clark; his daughters, Brandie Adams (Jason) and Sharla Harris (Orville); his grandchildren, Madilyn Adams, Neyland Adams and Blake Evans; his great grandchild Kayce Adams; and his sister Frances Walker.
