He is survived by : his parents, Judy Gregory (Billy) and Steve Hawkins (Melissa); his siblings, Jeremy Hawkins (Shaan), Ethan Hawkins (Amber), Rebecca Conrad (Peter) and Allie Hawkins; his grandmother Ruth Walston; his aunts, Vickie Womack, Martha Wade and Debbie Belcher; and his friends, Connie and Larry Riggs. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
