He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark and Carolyn; and his niece Kelsi. He is survived by: his wife Treva Marie; his daughter Raina Rose (Jack); his siblings, Danny (Cindy), Abby, Ali (Caleb) and CJ (Elise); his brother-in-law Kevin (Erica); his parents-in-law, Sharon and Kent (Patsy); his nieces and nephews, Chloe (Eden), Seth (Sarah), Sam, Ashlynn, Char, Avery and Savy; and his pets, Charlie Rose and Daisy Mae. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles; longtime friends.
