He is survived by : his parents, Leonard "Ray" Caraway of Dayton and Leona "Francine" Clark of Brayton Mountain; and his siblings, Michael Caraway (Laura) of Cleveland, Wendy Ledbetter (Michael) of Ooltewah and Allison Williams of Dayton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
