He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Leon Jordan; his stepfather Kenneth Lloyd Poteet; his grandparents, Jesse P., Mary Lena Hill Smith, Lige, Mildred Jordan, Woodrow and Hattie Poteet; and his uncles, Norman, Jessie Max and Bobby Dewight Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Velma Dorislen Smith Poteet; and his siblings, Cheryl Lynn Jordan, Rhonda Jean Rogers, Mary Katherine Wolfe and Jerry Max Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
