She is survived by: her children, Tammy Blaylock (Donald) of Dayton and Rick Montgomery (Janet) of Sale Creek; her grandchildren, Stephanie Killingsworth (Justin) of Ooltewah, Brandi Goodwin (Eric) of Dayton, Leigh Nixon (Mike) of Dayton and T. J. Hill of Sale Creek; her great grandchildren, Jayden Goodwin of Dayton, Malaya Goodwin of Dayton, Caley Goodwin of Dayton, Zander Nixon of Dayton, Braelyn Nixon of Dayton, Ealyn Riggs, Emerson Killingsworth and Kinsley Killingsworth of Ooltewah; her siblings, Leon Clark (Justina), Lue Henderson, Diane Qualls of Dayton and Irene Thurman of Pikeville; her sister-in-law Diane Clark of Dayton; her niece Carolyn Davis (Billy); her grandchildren, Anita Henderson (Dustin) and Kaytlin Meyers; and her caregiver Natalie Montgomery (Sue Blaylock).
