He is survived by : his wife Dawn Fagan Massengill; his son Jimmy Massengill III (Mallory) of Cleveland, TN; his siblings, Nita Dodson, Gwen Bryan, Cindy Carden, Darlene Clark, Wendell Massengill, Tony Shadwick and Buster Shadwick; and his grandchildren, Fiona, Jimmy, Nevaeh, Dakota Goins, Zhyler Vaughn, Alakhai, Kingsley Revis and Waylon Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
