He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nichols and Maggie Nichols; his former wife Geraldine Nichols; and his siblings, Betty Baggett, Maydell Selby, Juanita McCoy, Gladys McCoy, Lou Clark, Virginia Coulter, Wilma Coulter, James Nichols, Arnold Nichols and Thomas Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Nichols; and his sister Dorothy Coulter (Ed). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
