She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Rhodes and Emma Rhodes (Smith); her husband Harold Gene Douglas; her son Virgil Allen Day; and her granddaughter Autumn King.
She is survived by: her daughters, Verniecia Yoho of Dayton and Connie Sue Moore of Graysville; and her stepchildren, Gene Douglas of Dayton and Kathy Lindahl of Dayton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
