He is survived by: his sons, James Millard (Sandy) of Dayton and Timothy Millard of Dayton; his grandchildren, Megan Millard (Aryan) of Chattanooga, Allison Millard of Dayton and James Patrick Millard, Jr. (Amanda) of Dayton; and his great grandchild Kayden Millard.
