He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Dyke" Ballard and Thelma Ballard; his siblings, Wallace, Ray Ballard, Pat Francisco and Linda Parker; Paul Riggs, Birch and Pat Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ballard; his sons, Brian Ballard and Caine Ballard (Joey Ballard); his grandchildren, Cade Ballard, Parker, Palmer, Marrick Ballard and MaleeKate Rice (Brady); his siblings, Bruce Ballard (Lunell), Larry Ballard (Evelyn) and Charlotte Dotson; Jackie, Helen Arnold and Lisa.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to New Union Baptist Church.
