He is survived by: his sons, Chad Goins of Dayton, Jake Goins (Amber) of Dayton and Dylan Goins (Kristen) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jacob and Roxanne; his sisters, Claudia Tharpe and Janet Arnold (Bob); his nieces, Marcy Kay (Sammy), Tiffany Ashley (Mark) and Brittany Pugh (Chris); his nephew Brent Tharpe (Ashley); his close friend Sheila Prater; his grandsons, Ty, Beckett and Rylie; and his nephew Chris.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
