He is survived by: his son William "Kyle" Long (Leslie) of Spring City, TN; his grandchildren, William Courtland "Corey" Alan Long of Chattanooga, TN and Kyla Shell-Roddy of Signal Mountain, TN; his great grandchildren, Marley, Landon and Callaway Shell-Roddy; his siblings, David Long (Frankie) of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Virginia Nichols (Bernard) of Chickamauga, GA and Laura Strickland (Buddy) of Arab, AL; and his brothers-in-law, Leon Sneed of Dayton, TN and Eddie Sneed of Dayton, TN. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
