She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Perkins and Willie Mae Perkins; her former husband Louie Wooten, Jr.; her sisters, Vickie Reams and Teresa Slack; her grandson Chandler Wooten; and her great grandchild Logan Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Oliver Smith; her children, Misty Smith (Lee) of Dayton, Greg Stone of Dayton, Justin Wooten of Dayton and Stephanie Marie Roberts of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and her sister Linda Rice (Jim) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
