He was predeceased by : his wife Lois Williams; his parents, Aaron Lee and Emma J. Williams; and his siblings, Aaron Lee Williams Jr. and Wanda Jean Gadd.

He is survived by : his son Michael David Williams (Misty); his grandchildren, Kaiden Aaron Michael Williams, Sarah Fowler (Mitchell), Hailey, Hannah and Rhyann Williams; his great grandchild Wesley Allen Fowler; his siblings, Linda Braden (David) and Robert Williams (Diane); his sister-in-law Kim Williams; his aunt Ruth Mohan; and his uncle Gail Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
