It is with sadness that the passing of Hazel Louise Collins of Decatur, Tennessee is shared. Hazel, born on May 1, 1950, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Hazel will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Hazel by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Hazel is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Hazel’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Goins and Mary Ellen Goins; and her great grandchild Haven. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Collins; her daughter Beth Bottoms; her children-in-law, Joe (Robert Collins) and Velma; and her sister Molly Shelton. She is also survived by grandchildren; and three precious great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeside Baptist Church (2418 TN-304, Ten Mile, TN 37880).
