He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Patton (Beth) and Allene Wolfenbarger (Gary); his daughters, Terri Reynolds, Patti Gillenwater (Kenny), Laura Hough (Ron) and Donna Robinson (David); and his grandchildren, Randi Reynolds, Jason Chasteen (Rebecca), Brian Gillenwater (Emma), Amanda Kenley (Keith), Tyler Shelton (Gemma), Jamie Shelton (Autumn), Maggie Perrigo (Joshua) and Jordan Hough.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hammonds Cemetery.
