He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Hayes (Ivey) and Andy Hayes (Lauren); his grandchildren, Pierce, Fletcher Hayes and Kash Hayes; and his sister Dr. Deana Ann Hayes. He is also survived by other extended family and a host of friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services (163 Arrants Rd, Decatur, TN 37322). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
