He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Glen Melton and Lora Mae Melton. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Edgemon Melton; his daughters, Angela Sheree Ellis (Tony), Sharon Renae Wallace (Ken) and Cheryl Kay Melton; his grandchildren, Nathan Ray Ellis (Stefani), Garrett Marshall Wallace (Rachel), Julie Alyse Ellis Beary (Sam), Greyson Taylor Wallace, Melody Faith Ellis, Abby Elyse Jones, Ally Sydney Jones, Jenna Thuy Ellis and Mia Hope Ellis; his great grandchildren, Shepard Anthony, Braylen Ray, Baker Uriah Ellis, Hanley Coggins, Kaleb Nathaniel, Brooks Michael Beary and Romee Rae Wallace; and his sister Faye Phillips (Gene). He is also survived by other extended family and many wonderful friends.
