He is survived by: his wife Angela Samples; his daughters, Candice Green (Chris) of Riceville and Carley Standridge (Anthony) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Grant, Hayden Weber, Arianna Schultz, Bella Green, Trinity Mulkey and Emberlynn Standridge.
