He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Chrisman and Sara Ballew Chrisman; and his stepmother Ida Hester. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lamb Chrisman of Decatur; his children, Rebecca Dennis of Athens, Julia Powell of Athens, Teresa Alexander of Athens and Bobby Chrisman (Lisa) of Englewood; his stepbrothers, Freddy Hester (Parkie) of Athens and Jones Albert Hester of Athens; his sister Dell Ann White (Terry) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Kelly Land, Cody Chrisman, Vernon Perry, J. T. Alexander, Josh Alexander and Ashlee Pillion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
