He was predeceased by : his father Charles Less Haggard; his daughter Cynthia Haggard; his mother Georgia Haggard; and his siblings, Dorothy Fisher, Rena Owens, Charles Haggard and Marie Young.

He is survived by : his wife Emma Haggard; his son Mark Haggard (Melissa); his grandchildren, Danny Schott (Kimberly), Andrea Kamer (Rob), Davissa Jarnagin (Chris), Jennifer "Nikki" King (Taylor), Jessica Kelley (Chris) and Emma "Little Emma" Daniels (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Mac, Riley, Spencer, Allyson, Addie and Logan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
