It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Earline Brown of Decherd, Tennessee, born in Wayne, Michigan, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Virginia Marietta Kirk; and her daughters, Sue Harmern and Jessica West. She is survived by : her husband Roy Brown; and her sons, Roy Dan Brown, Kelly Dewayne Brown and Little Jen Farless. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
