He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Elliott and Evelyn Elliott (Stewart); his sons, Richard Elliott and Daniel Elliott; and his siblings, Maxine Elliott, Christine Moore, Donald Elliott and Patsy Yamishro.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Elliott (Melanie), Robert Elliott and Terry Elliott; his brothers, James Elliott (Barbara) and Larry Elliott (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Richard "Fester" Elliott, Terry Kelse (Felecia) and Amy Wiggs. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
