She is survived by: her husband Leonard Swann; her children, Tonya Swann and Ryan Swann (Jami); her grandchildren, Daniel Swann, Christopher Swann, Zachary Swann, Aleah Swann, Alexis Swann, Brianna Swann and Klohe Swann; her great grandchild Ava Swann; and her sister Carol Bly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
