He was predeceased by : his father Mote Cunningham. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Callie Henderson (Brett), Laura Bishop, Cynthia Mitchell (Byron), Carla Bradford (Daniel), Carlos Cunningham and Annette Johnson (Charles); and his siblings, Gene Cunningham of Nashville, Eloise Curuth and Betty Hill of Chicago. He is also survived by grandson, Lake Henderson; eight grandchildren and one-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
