He is survived by: his children, Amanda Garner, Tina Garner, Mitch Garner and Michael Garner; his grandson Rhett Garner; his siblings, Deloris Campbell, Wanda Sanders, Sandra Steele, Kenneth Garner and Bill Garner; and his close friend Saranne Reedy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
