He is survived by: his children, Candice Oviedo (Orlando) and Christopher Stephens (Charlene); his grandchildren, Ethan Oviedo Stephens, Aniken Oviedo Stephens, Juana Martinez, Octavio Martinez, Destiny Stephens and Joshua Stephens; and his siblings, Suzanne McClure, Darlene Frame (Ricky), Tina Stephens, Danny Stephens and Faye Sims. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
