He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Nellie B. Curtis (Hall). He is survived by: his children, Joshua Curtis (Carrington White) and Amanda Curtis; his sister Carol Johnson (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jailynn Curtis, Jayden Farrow, Savannah Russell and Camille Russell; his aunt Lisa Villani; his nephew Kevin Alonso (Mary); and his great-nephews, Hayden Alonso and Brennan Alonso.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Franklin Memorial Gardens to go towards a memorial.
