She was predeceased by: her father Norman Johnson Jr.; her stepfather James Reed; and her sons, Joshua Knapp and Justin Knapp. She is survived by: her mother Connie Reed (Tenn) of Decherd; her husband Troy Mathews of Decherd; her aunt Helen Henson of Asheville; and her children, James Knapp (Brandy) of Decherd, Christian Johnson (Ashley) of Warsaw, Brett Baldwin (Katelyn) of Inverness, Fla., Grace Mathews and Isaac James of Decherd, Tenn.. She is also survived by grandchildren.
