He is survived by: his wife Allie Frazier; his children, Carl Dwayne Frazier (Jody), Chris Miller and Christy Frazier; his stepdaughter Racine Hauser; his grandchildren, Breanna, Evan Willis, Patrick Mason, David Owens, Hailey Owens, Drew Hauser, CJ Payne, Deaaron Payne, Brooklyn Payne and Lexie Miller; and his sisters, Maggie Whitehead, Betty Howard and Judy Thornton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
